When your car has been involved in a collision, the vehicle is driven or towed to the shop of your choice. It is like bringing your car to a hospital or clinic. This analogy is offered as an example of how services are performed at Kerrys Auto Body. Once a vehicle arrives, it is placed inside for an estimate or for the adjuster to come and write a repair estimate. This is called a preliminary estimate. Once you approve the repair, the body shop gets to work. The vehicle is torn down and parts are ordered. As a customer select shop ,Kerrys management confers with mechanics, painters and frame specialists to assess any hidden damage to the structure. If there is more damage, the staff will work directly with an insurance carrier on the supplement. Once the body work is performed, the vehicle is painted and reassembled. If there are suspension issues, an alignment is performed and suspension issues addressed. The vehicle is then reassembled, buffed and detailed. The finished product is unveiled and Kerrys staff gleams with pride when the big smile returns on your face. All this Because we know that "You Love Your Car"!
